As we mentioned
before we made some changes in our workshops to improve them. We merge some of
them so the experience can be richer for the kids.

March 22: World Water Day

We created a kind of
forum with the kids motivating them to discuss about water importance and water
cycle.

The kids really enjoyed this experiment and at
the end the water cycle concept was very clear. We also gave them a magnificent
glass so they can make some observations; we went outside to observe trees,
insects, leaves, flowers, fruits, etc. The difference between watching and
observing was taught. The magnificent lens were a motivation tool and the kids
were amazed with all the things they discovered in the school backyard.

They made drawings in their notebooks about
what they observed.

Finally we created a contest: Water tribute. Kids
will elaborate a story, poem or drawing about water and its importance. Our
goal with this kind of activities is to keep kids motivated.
